School Purpose: To assist Christian parents in carrying out their God-given responsibility to “train up a child in the way he should go” by building in each child strong spiritual, academic, moral and social foundations.
School Goal: To give students a safe, relaxed atmosphere for learning through a biblical based curriculum that is affordable for Christian families seeking excellence in education.
Philosophy of Education: It is our philosophy that every child is capable learning if the educator is willing to match the child’s needs, learning styles and abilities with the correct method of teaching and the appropriate curriculum. Although LIFE Christian Academy, LCA, uses an on-line computer based curriculum that is more challenging than other curriculum, we try to match our student’s skill levels with the appropriate grade level and supply extra reinforcement materials where needed.
It is also our philosophy that Christian education, with its associated values and roots, is the best education. God is the Supreme Source of all knowledge and wisdom, therefore learning apart from His Word is detrimental to our society. Parents should have the FREEDOM to chose Christian education for their children and children have the right to learn in an environment FREE from fear and social anxieties.
